Delete Your Turn Pro Poker Account

Turn Pro Poker — account & data deletion

You can permanently delete your Turn Pro Poker account and all of the data associated with it at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. There are two ways to request it.

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app (fastest)

1. Open the Turn Pro Poker app.
2. Go to the More tab.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm when prompted.

Your account and all of its data are erased from our servers immediately, the copy stored on your device is wiped, and you are signed out. This happens right away — there is nothing else to do.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you no longer have the app installed, email support@turnpro.poker from the email address you used to register and ask us to delete your account. We use the matching email address to confirm the request is yours, then erase your account. We complete email requests within 30 days (usually much sooner).

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently erase:

• Your account and login (email address and password hash)
• All of your poker sessions
• All of your recorded and saved hands
• All of your bankroll transactions (deposits and withdrawals)
• All of your player profiles
• All of the above wherever it was synced to our cloud servers, on every device

We also instruct the third-party services that act on our behalf — our subscription provider (RevenueCat) and our analytics and crash-reporting providers — to delete the data they hold that is associated with your account.

What is kept, and why

• Public hand-replay links: if you chose to share a hand using a public replay link, that link keeps working. Shared hands are stored anonymously — they contain only the hand itself and have no link back to you, your email, or your account.
• Encrypted backups: our database is backed up for disaster recovery. Deleted data may persist in those backups for a short rolling retention period, after which it is automatically and permanently overwritten. Backups are never used for any purpose other than restoring service after a failure, and if a backup ever has to be restored, your deletion is re-applied so your data does not come back.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not by itself cancel a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through Google Play. To stop billing, cancel the subscription in the Google Play subscriptions screen.
