Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Turn Pro Poker ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Service
Turn Pro Poker is a poker session tracking and hand replay tool. The App allows you to log poker sessions, record and replay hands, track bankroll transactions, and view performance analytics. The App does not facilitate real-money gambling.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- You must provide a valid email address during registration
- You may not share your account with others
4. Free and Pro Plans
Free Plan: Includes session logging (up to 5 sessions), hand replayer, basic analytics, and offline data storage.
Pro Plan: Unlocks unlimited sessions, CSV export, venue filtering, and cloud sync. Pro subscriptions are billed through Google Play or the Apple App Store.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Google Play or App Store account settings
- Refunds are handled by Google Play or Apple per their respective policies
5. User Data
All poker session data, hand replays, and bankroll transactions you enter belong to you. You may delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or infrastructure
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App
- Share hand replay links containing offensive or illegal content
7. Intellectual Property
The App, its design, code, and branding are the intellectual property of Turn Pro Poker. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or free from errors. Poker analytics and statistics are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as financial advice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Turn Pro Poker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss, financial losses, or service interruptions.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your synced data will be removed from our servers.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App operator resides, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
